The licence has no time-limits and is not related to a computer or hard-disk drive.

It remains valid for all software updates in the same major version.

This website has no e-business functions nor credit cards facilities. For purchasing a CopperCAM licence, you must proceed as follows:

- Using PayPal (the simplest and the fastest), just make a payment to the address mentioned at bottom of the PayPal logo hereby. This address can neither be clicked directly, to avoid spam robots and phishing risks. You must connect manually to PayPal website. It is not required to have a PayPal account for operating a payment; a simple credit card will do for one single transaction.

- Using a bank transfer (a bit longer), please send us a request asking for our bank account references, which we will mention in our reply. These references are not displayed on this website for security reasons. As soon as we get your payment, we will send you the licence.

In all cases, for registering the licence, we need your name (or your company name, or your school/university name) and your postal address. This licence is nominative and its code number is related to the given name. If you make an automatic payment using PayPal, please do not forget to mention these name and address.

Once your licence is registered, we will send you an e-mail including an attached file to be copied into CopperCAM installation directory on the hard-disk. When started, the software will detect the file and will validate the licence. If it happens that you lose your licence, do not panic and just ask us to send your licence file again. Your name and postal address will help us find you out. We do not keep your e-mail address in our archives and will never send you any advertisement or other messages. We send e-mails only as direct replies to your requests and questions.

Warning: as you have understood, CopperCAM licence is nominative and is enabled only when registered. If the name that is shown for your licence (accessible from "Help / Licence") is not yours, then your licence is illegal and you have no rights to use the software. Some licences improperly provided by a few machine manufacturers or resellers have been cancelled and do not work. These unscrupulous manufacturers have purchased one single licence for themselves and copy it again and again for their own customers. An illegal licence will not work, so do not pay for nothing. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We generally do not send licences during the weekend, and it may occur sometimes - unfortunately not very often - that we kick-off for a few days of vacations with no computers around. If you have made a PayPal transfer and have no news from us, please wait a bit more, that won't be long.
